Visio 2013 - hide linked org chart data

Hi.  I've just been trying out Visio 2013 having not used Visio for some years now.  I'm trying to take advantage of the Org Chart wizard.  With some perseverance I've managed to get most of what I want from it, except I've linked all the shapes to data from an external spreadsheet and as a result the diagram displays this data next to each shape in the hierarchy, which makes the whole thing horrible to look at when editing, but worst of all, when you view the print preview the external data is displayed their too and I cannot for the life of me find a way of hiding it.  Any ideas on this would be most appreciated!

Might be solved, but wanted google to pick up this solution.

Had the same problem in Visio 2010.

Rigth-Click the shape, choose Data and Remove Data Graphic.
