We would like to create a shape that behaves like a connector, but has custom arrow heads. The use case is that we would like to have 'cabling' in our Visio Stencil that allows the users to connect various electrical modules with the appropriate cables. So we would like to have "arrowheads" that look like the connector type to be used. Can that be done?

Great! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. The newly created cable connects almost perfectly to the desired points. It is almost perfect except for one small issue: The connector line 'exits' the custom line end on the side and that is not the intended behavior. Is there a setting so I can force connectors to go straight for a number of millimeters before Visio makes the first edge in the connector line?
