Custom Group Command Names not displayed

In my copy of VISIO Professional 2013 the names of the commands in the Custom Group I created are displayed along w/ a graphic.
In my copy of VISIO Standard 2013 they are not displayed, only the graphic.
How can I turn on the display of the names or is this a feature that is not available in the Standard edition?
