We have recently started to upgrade users from Visio 2007 to 2013. It seems nobody is able to update/configure timelines since we upgraded or installed the new version.
I have seen a few things where is says make sure you have Enable Automated Events ticked, which we do and we also have the Disable all Add Ins box unchecked.
It doesn't matter if it is an existing file or a new file created from the template. If we right click on the timeline and click Configure Timeline it does nothing.
Does anyone have a fix or a link to a fix for this issue please?
