Noob Question - Automated custom shape file from excel data

Hey guys I am relatively new to programming and I have some 200+ poles to detail. I have a bunch of information regarding heights of different attachments on the pole and the pole stencil. I was wondering if I can somehow connect the excel file to visio where visio gives me the stencil i choose with all the measurements placed on the pole for me. I have attached an example of  the stencil and the excel file to show what it would look like. The values (distances) would have to correspond to one  another to show relative distances between each attachment. Please let me know what I can do or if I can even do this.
