Radial Elements Tool

New to Visio and the forum.

Does the radial elements tool work in Visio 2013? I downloaded it and cannot seem to get it to work...but it could be me not understanding how to get it set up properly.

I am using Visio 2013.
I've tried it and it worked very fine.
