Organizational Chart Won't Fit To Page

Hello. Good day.

I am using a Microsoft Vision 2010 Trial Version. I generated an Organization Chart using the Org Chart Wizard. It is an Org Chart of our company's complete Work Structure for a certain project. The problem is this : the chart has 300+ shapes (The Categories, Sub-categories, and Sub-categories of the Sub-categories are included) and MS Visio won't allow me to fit the drawing into a custom page that I have set (125in. x 33 in, as it would be posted at the company's conference room). I have tried this (http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/visio-help/fit-organization-chart-shapes-to-the-drawing-page-HP001042266.aspx), resizing the shapes inside the Org Chart, but to no avail.

Here is a screen shot of the Org Chart that I have made. It would still extend downards.

I have tried to do this chart in MS Excel, but it seems that I have reached the allowable shapes in a single Org Chart in Excel, and also it takes a while to load.

I was hopeful that MS Visio could actually help me, and I still hope so.
