I have a combined shape and need it to anchor on a guide about 25% up from the bottom of the shape instead of in the center. Setting LocPinX and Y don't control this point. Please point me in the right direction.

Ive been out of visio for a while and cant remember how to do this and I have an old copy of Developing solutions but cant find in there.

Thanks
Robert

Also, I'm using Visio 10 now if it matters.

Easiest would be to put your shape in a group bigger than the shape itself.
Draw a second shape place it to where you need the boundary to be.
Group both shapes, then erase in the group that additional shape.
Voila.

I just realised that your topic is the same as this one: http://visguy.com/vgforum/index.php?topic=1325.msg22900;topicseen#msg22900
It would be so nice to have a overview of all the techniques shown on the forum.
