Adding Link data is changing 'decision' to 'process' *edited*

Hi guys!
I'm relatively new to visio's more interesting features. I draw a lot of flow charts for processes and have recently discovered you can use a table to fill in your visio map's data.  (I'm usung Visio 2010) I've created a table with all the information I need for each of my shapes within the process I am mapping.
The table's first column is a number related to the process step.
The second is for the text I want to be displayed on the shape.
The 3rd, 4th and 5th are Business Problems, Rules and Opportunities.

I've worked out how to get the images to display - sorry if I put anyone off with the links!

Ideally I'd like the number and displayed text to show like this:


However the best I can do is this:


Which works okay for my needs however when I apply the data to a decision


It changes to a process step!


Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
