Label over border line shape?

Hi All

What is the name of this type of shape/diagram? I am talking about a shape where the label overwrites the border line on top.  I have attached a picture of it which says "Data Warehouse". I can't find it under any shape categories.

Essentially, I am looking for a rectangle shape that when I double click it lets me type the text on the  border itself and the line does not show up underneath.  I have used it a long time ago but I cna't find it on Visio 2010 or 2013.

There's nothing special about the shape, just has rounded corners, and the text moved to that location, with a suitable text background.

I feel kind of stupid not thinking of the background of the text itself.  Appreciate it very much Paul.
