Separator shape

Hoping someone can help me out.  Thanks!

I have made a swimlane chart and have inserted some cross function separators.  However, the separator (at the top of the page) displays in an arrow shape, is there anyway to make that arrow shape a straight line?

Which version of Visio?

Whichever version, just set the shape width=0.
