New install of version 2.7.1.0 - all menu items are grayed out

New install of Version 2.7.1.0 on different combinations
Win 7 32bit and Visio 2010 32 bit
Win 7 64bit and Visio 2010 32 bit
Win 8.1 64bit and Visio 2010 32 bit
Install worked..
Menu SuperUtils comes up. But all menu items are grayed out.
What is the Problem?

I have used the msi file. That did not work.

Now i have used the zip file. It works :-)
