Org Charting Where employee has multiple managers

I am trying to organize our employees in an organization chart but we have several employees who report to multiple people is there any way to automatically have Visio connect them. I would rather not have to list the employees multiple times.

Use the "Dotted-line report" shape. That is the best it can do for multiple managers.

Is there anyway to automate this?
The data is this
Employee      Boss
Emp 0            Boss 1
Emp 0            Boss 2
Emp 0            Boss 3
Emp 1            Boss 1
Emp 2            Boss 1
Emp 3            Boss 2
Emp 3            Boss 3
Emp 4            Boss 3

Also all the bosses can report to a "super boss" if that makes the automation easier.

The short answer is that the  OrgChart wizard does not support a matrix management scenario. It only supports true hierarchial. The alternative is to manually use the dotted line that Paul suggested.
