Modify properties of Organization Chart using VBA

Hi,

I am working in Visio 2013. I need to to do some tasks using VBA code. Following are the tasks:

1. I need to change the "Organizational Chart Style" of an org chart.
2. I need to add Data Graphics - Color by Value. For eg. CEO should be blue colored, VP red colored, so on....

Please help me to achieve these tasks pragmatically. Visio record macros aren't helping.

I need the same too .. been hunting for ages but cannot find any VBA that can change the org chart style
