Hi fellow Visio'ers

Does anyone know if you can customise (or hack) the quick action toolbar to add/change the new document icon to open a template instead?

I know it is only a few more clicks to go to file > new and pick the template but I am creating a lot of files in a short space of time

Any help gratefully received

Thanks
