New Install - Menu Grayed Out

New install. Win 7 64bit, Visio 2010 64 bit.
Install worked.
File locations done.
Menu comes up. All gray.
Thoughts?

Hi Landru,
Sorry, it's not going to work, Visio 64-bit doesn't support 32-bit addons. Nothing I can do about it yet.
