VBA Visio Fill Entity and Set Relations

Dear people,

I have to generate programmatically an ERD from tables inside a database. No worries about the database or what so ever, but I can't find a way to fill entities. I can create them, but I can't Set the Primary Key for example.
Ik have been searching for an answer for a day now, still found nothing.
Hopefully you guys can give me an answer.
