how to fix the group position when SVG file is saved

Hello people...

    how to fix the group position when SVG file is saved ?
    if the son shape in group is moved out of group,
when saved the .svg type file ,
reopen the .svg file, the group is bigger  to include all son shapes,
if I want to move the group to the small  size,
but all shapes in the group is became small at the same time.
    how to control and fix the group position in  the same size(not included the son shape outside of group ) when saved to a svg file.
    please give me a advice .
