Sizing Text Boxes

OK....New User.

I am creating an Drawing Tree...a.k.a. Org Chart for a project I am currently working on.
The spreadsheet has over 2200 lines in it. When I bring it in thru the Org Chart command it works fine, it is 168 pages long. On all of these 168 pages...every text block is one size. The text is formatted to Ariel and 12 pts. This means....the text is much bigger than the text boxes. Is there someway I can make the text boxes automatically fit the text or do I have to touch each of the 2200+ boxes and size them individually?
