*Environment:
-When using 2013 Visio Solutions Publishing Tool and Advanced Installer MSI
-Then choosing "2003 and Later" for "Visio Version" for 4 stencils and 1 template,

*Problem: only the first stencil and the template shows up.

*Work around: using 2010 only

*This seems to be an issue since the 2010 version:
