I'm on a new computer, XP, Office 2007 & Visio 2007. I haven't used 07 before.
Friday I created a page of wireframes - boxes with text in them, many text shapes arranged above the boxes behind.
Today I've opened the file and all text is being displayed as boxes.
In fact, if I create a new shape now and add text, in a new file, and even set the font size to 24 (document view size is 100%), it appears with the text as grey blocks.
If I double-click the text to edit it, suddenly I can see & read the text (even if it's set at 8pt).
What is going on?!
Any ideas?

menu Tools -> Options
and at the bottom of the View tab set the "Greek text under" - set to 4pt or similar.

I think it could be a setting that gets played with, unless you know what "text greeking" is. People might change the value, nothing obvious may happen.
Maybe a link for those not familiar with the term http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greeking
