Chosing excel colum and stop visio from adding new shape data rows

Hello everybody,
I have this issue, and i don`t know if there is a solution.

I have a shape with shape data rows, and i want to link it with excel sheet.
Everything is OK, but excel have more columns than my shape have.
Several of my columns have same information but in different row:

A   B   C   D ...
1   1        1
     1   1   1
1        1   1
1   1   1   1

in automatically link, visio searches trough column name to mark with data row name.
can i add a data row with fixed list to represent columns "A B C D"
and not to look in the empty rows in that column; while in the mean time don`t add new data shape rows for the one that are not in the shape.

Sorry if i`m not clear enough.
