A stencil to paste at mouse pointer

Hi All,

When you paste a shape or shapes on Visio drawing, they are pasted at the center of active window. But sometimes we wish to paste at mouse pointer. So I've tried to make a stencil to paste at the mouse pointer.

The x y coordinates of pasted point can be rounded by the specified number. If you specify the number 0.5 on the drawing of "inches" units, the shapes are pasted at the rounded coordinates by 0.5 inches.
