Unable to read names form your file

I am trying to use the Organization Chart Wizard (Visio 2007), but after I indicate the location of an Excel file from where the data would be used, I get an error message : "Unable to read names form your file".
The Excel file contains three columns: Name, Title and Reports_to.
I am seriously having a headache, as I have started for a small department and then I have to map it for the whole organization of 4000+ employees.
