How to represent a trigger on a table (SQL)

New to Visio 2010, and using primarily to document work & process flows.  I had used Visio XP, but only did one or two items with it. 

I'm trying to document a process in which a successful write to a SQL table would initiate a trigger that has been created on it.  The trigger would then call a system stored procedure to send mail using DBMail, and possibly perform other actions subsequent to that. 

I've looked for templates & shapes that I could represent the trigger (and its subsequent actions) but haven't found anything.  Is there a shape or a template available (or that anyone uses in Visio that I haven't found) to represent this?  It's not really a parallel process, it's not really a function either.

Would appreciate any thoughts, suggestions or advice!
