visio 2013 drawing control cursor moves on mousedown x64

Has anyone else seen this problem?  Simply create a project and drop a Visio Control on a form.  You need to do this on a development machine with an x86 version of Visio.  Build for x64 or Any CPU.  Move the project (or exe) to an x64 machine.  MouseDown and the cursor moves an inch and a half higher and to the left.
