Themes have all disappeared from the ribbon

All themes have gone from the Design tab on the ribbon. I must have disabled them somehow. Does anyone know how to get them back? Is there a "safe mode"?

Are they still there but all greyed out?

Go to File -> Options -> Customize Ribbon and expand sections and you should be able to get it show like the attached image ...

Perfect, thanks. It was the "Main Tabs" option I'd missed, I only saw the "Commands".
