No, so just looked.

For my Visio 2013 file block settings, seems that 2003 and later is not blocked, but earlier versions are.

Thanks Andy. Is that the RTM version though? As far as I understand it this problem is in the RTM version, so not in the trial/beta/MSDN versions.

Visio Professional 2013 (MSDN subscription), but I understand this to be RTM.

My Visio 2010 Premium is the MSDN version, it's not the same as normal, several behaviours are different, two of which make it unusable for serious development work for me.
