Vsio Charts Won't Print when Embeded in Word

I'm having a weird problem with Visio 2010 embedded in Word 2010.  I'm drafting a manual with hundreds of flow charts and some (like 5% of them) of the flow charts do not print when I have the comments fields activated.    I've tried deleting the charts and re-embedding them.  Importing them different ways, and checked the style format of the embed.  Word's feature for printing drawings created in word is check.   If I delete all of the comments the Visio charts will print, but I need the comments for review sessions.  Any help or suggestions.
