That is commonly know as a "punch down block", or just "110".

1. Go to this url: http://www.netzoomuniversal.com/ncpmfg/index.asp?mfgacronym=symx

2. Fill out the form and download the free self-extracting zipped exe

3. Once extracted, open the "110_Family.vss" Stencil, and you will have the shapes you are looking for (110DW2-100 is an exact match for your image)

If you are looking for a 3D like shape, or isometric view, good luck, you may just have to make that on your own.

Also, you may find some useful downloads at http://www.ghtrout.com/ghtrout/downloads.html

(Both these links were found via http://visio.mvps.org/3rdparty.htm)

Maybe you can find what you are looking for on one of these two links:

http://www.kappanet.com/helpfullinks.xhtml

http://www.bluecoat.com/resources/productimageslogos

(found via a google search for "Packetshaper visio shapes")
