Controlling the text for a text data graphic

Hi,

Is there a way to control whether a text graphic is added to a shape or not based on a set metadata parameter associated with each shape?
I have a lot of processes to map which are not necessarily associated with a certain parameter and it's difficult to control this manually.
I have attached an example for reference.
