Improving the look of org charts

Hi all,

Is there a way of importing an org chart into a standard theme that I have created which has a set colour scheme and branded with company logo? I am going to be doing updates once a month to a fairly complex org chart and wondered if there is an easy way to apply the same formatting each time I run the import from excel. Is the import wizard even the right way to go or should I be approaching this some other way? Up until now Powerpoint has been used and updated as and when changes happen but I'd much rather ensure that we have a clean cut of data each time so I can pick up any errors quite easily.
