Paul had sent me a version of the file where he had removed all of the shapes from the main page, but left the page itself. This had two effects when I opened the file:
1> I could see all four pages, even though Main was blank
2> I could see all of the shape stencils!
The original file, these did not show up, the only stencil available was the Document Stencil which had all of the shapes.
