How to Convert from 2007 Non UML to 2010 UML?

I have a Visio 2007 document loaded up with UML Sequence diagrams.  The document began life as a non UML document to which I added UML stencils via a download from SoftWareStencils.com.

I now need to edit the document in Visio 2010, but the newer version of Visio won't allow modification of UML objects saying that the underlying document is not a UML document.

There doesn't seem to be a Save As UML option as far as I can see.

Does anyone know how I might be able to get this doc moved from Visio 2007 to Visio 2010 without losing all of my Sequence diagrams?

The document should still be quite useable within Visio 2010, but there is no cobbection at all with the built-in UML, there is no commonality at all, there is no conversion process. The built-in UML is a completely proprietory system. To use the built-in UML you have to start with the built-in UML template, use the built-in stencils and have the whole document process controlled by the built-in UML addin.
Stick to the stencils you already have.
