Web Site Map -> List Window Export?

New here, and have simple problem that I can't find solution on web.
I used the "web site map" on my company's webpage, (yeah). I would like to take the information that appears in "list window", expand all + out, and then export to excel or word.  Is there a simply way to do this?

On the menu Web Site Map -> Create Report

I have tried that, and don't understand how to get a report similar to what I see in the "List Window" with the + that I can click on to expand out.  I need to be able to see the entire nested structure.

You asked for something that can be exported to Word or Excel, that is exactly what you can get with the report.
