A polar array tool

It would be very useful to have a built-in polar array tool similar to that in AutoCAD.  I miss the ability to array objects around a central point.

I think there's a version over here already. Chris wrote one years ago that is on John Marshall's site (visio.mvps.org) in the VBA section. David Parker took it to a different level over here
