Getting the "white" out

[Nerf Zombie]

A while back I had asked about removing the white background from captured images imported into Visio, and got a very helpful response for a nifty little program that did the trick.

Unfortunately, my company finally got new computers (it'd only been 7 years!), and the program was lost in the switch.

Could someone please point me in the right direction to get it back?
