Can't click on Title Bar Visio 10

I give up!  I've done everything, including disabling macros.  I inserted a Title Bar into my document.  I can't click on it to change "Title" to the desired text.  If I right click, I get a window with formatting options only.  I can't even delete it.  Everything else seems to be working just fine.

The instructions are going to depend on exactly which shape you mean. Where did the shape come from (details are important)?
