Change color of line depending on database value

Hi,

I have a network diagram and it is linked to a database.  I would like to be able to change the color of links depending on their speed (which is a field in the database). 

How can I accomplish this?

depending on version and edition of visio what you can do changes. I'd start with sessions 8 and 9
