Create New SubProcess AND copy Shape to New SubProcess Page

How could I go about automating the two steps -
1) Create a New SubProcess from the selected Shape
2)  Copying that selected Shape to the New SubProcess Page

OR if the world were amazingly awesome, I could run this sequence through ALL Shapes on a Page!!!

Any help?
