Electronics shapes: Logic Gates: OR, NOR, XOR, XNOR: they don't look quite right

Hi Paul,

I bought the Electrical + Electronics bundle yesterday.

Could you please review the shapes for the OR family of logic gates?
Methinks the right-hand end should be pointy, not rounded.

Thanks.

Rgds,
Kenneth

Yes, it is about time I corrected those shapes! They are now done. If you'd care to use your download link and get the electronics stencils again and install them I think you'll like the new shapes (Logic Gates and Extra Logic Gates). 2-input OR/NOR/XOR/XNOR, 3-input OR/NOR, 4-input OR/NOR and multi-input OR/NOR.

Thank you for the speedy update.

Just a few more things I noticed:
------------------------------------
1) The webpage "http://www.paulherber.co.uk/visio-electronics/" is missing a picture of the "circuit boards.vss" shapes.

2) The two .vtx files for the electronics shapes are missing references to the following .vss files:
        a) "circuit boards.vss"
        b) "computer parts.vss"
        c) connectors1.vss
        d) connectors2.vss
        e) connectors3.vss
        f) "extra logic gates.vss"
        g) IEC417
        h) "laser sensors.vss"
Not a big deal: it only took a while to manually add them into the two .vtx files.
But it would be better for all of your customers if these 8 .vss files are referenced by the .vtx files that they install from the .msi file.
Otherwise they might wonder why one-quarter of the shape files are not showing up in the Shapes panel.

3) Again on the four .vtx files (two for Electronics, two for Electrical):
When one does a "File -> New -> Choose a Template", the preview images do not show up.
Their absence certainly does not impair the functionality of the shapes.
But their absence is a little unexpected.

1. The circuit board stencil is really just a freeby I added. Actually, I think that stencil can come out and I'll add it to my various free stencils (edit: this is now done, shapes are at http://www.paulherber.co.uk/articles/visio-articles/circuit-boards/)

2. Yes, a big problem. The trouble is that if too many stencils are open then with a small screen size you can't get access to any of them. Try with a normal laptop.

3. Image previews, yes, I'm working on them right now with the various products, Bowtie and DFD are done, it's now a matter of creating suitable preview diagrams for all these templates.
