Need Shape for a 66 block

I've been all over google, and many sites but I can't find a shape for a 66 block. I'm stumped.

Any ideas?

Most links on google are dead, and the corporate sites are a mess to search through.

You could use the picture as a base to create the shape yourself.
Many network shapes a visiocafe are created that way, I think.

Actually, it appears that it has 25 rows, but a 66 block has 50 rows. Maybe I'll just place two on top of each other.
