Create Mulitple Business Models with Excel Data

I need to create a series of flowcharts for business processes based on an excel spreadsheet.  How do I use the below listed data to automatically create a new flow chart when the master group number changes?

Based on the above data, I need to have five flowcharts that has the data listed for each column.

Can this be done automatically with Visio, if so, how, if not, is there a program out there that accomplish this task?

I'm unaware of any program (including Visio) that will create a legitimate BPMN drawing from imported excel data. Sounds like an opportunity (I'd start with David Parker's latest book).
