Electronic shapes in Visio 2010 with designs
« on: August 25, 2011, 10:09:11 AM »
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm using Visio 2010 together with the visio electronic shapes. When I apply a Visio Design on the worksheets some shapes get corrupted, e.g. there are borders which should not be there (see Att. Picture, upper OpAmp) ...

When I manualy remove the checkbox "Allow Designs" in the Mastershape for e.g. the '+' and the '-' textbox everythink is fine.

When I try to save the shapes, Visio tells me that the shapes are in Visio 2002 (!) Format.

So, where can I get this shapes in Visio 2010 Format and with proper behaviour together with designs?

Best regards

Johannes Uhlig

Hello Johannes, thanks for pointing out this problem, it looks like Themes override the line settings for those parts of the shape. I shall have a look at this ASAP.
