Ask simple drag with shape behave

Hi,
I'm trying to create  some shapes in stencil. However I found this, when I drag 2 shapes from stencil to a box on the document, they behave differently. Shape01 wont snap to the box while the shape02 work perfectly. Been googling around and really hope for any solution on this case.

I think you have no problem.
You need to fit connection points of rectangle and shape.
