Visio to Visual Studio Template

Has anyone written a program that takes a Visio wireframe and converts it to a Visual Studio template?

Can't see the point, to be honest. There isn't a 1-to-1 correspondence between the two, and there is a lot more involved with a VS template than just the layout of form items.
Besides, once you've actually designed the form layout then creating a form in VS is just a matter of drag and drop, the difficult bit is all the stuff behind the form that cannot be shown in Visio.
