customize report (name of superior, report_to)

Hi
I made an organization chart, when i shape report I can't include the name of each person's boss in his/her row,
for exapmle:
"A" has 5 superior    and
"B" has 4 superior
when i get a report i want to see the name of A or B in front of each staff name, in this way the report shows superior person for each staff,
I shape report for tousend times but i couldn't find the way to do that, in properties i only find "repoert_to" that shows a column with numbers not name
please help me.
