Check layer visibility status in a shape sheet formula

Hi.

I see the ThePage as as Layers object. However.. can't find any documentation on how to use it.

I'm trying to change the visibility on a shape using an XOR on the layer visibilities.
I.e:

Layer A Visible	Layer B Visible	Shape Visible
No	No	No
Yes	No	Yes
No	Yes	Yes
Yes	Yes	No

Maybe I'm thinking too complicated, and that there are other ways to do this without making VBA macros?

fyi, while playing in the shapesheet of an object (not a page). Of course you might try putting shape properties into the page that are linked to the page layers as an indirect and see if that works.
