Hello,
is there any "tool" which references to an other page?
example :
I am on page /3  and I would like to make clear, that a line
continnues on page /4 (and of course page /4 should reference
to page /3)

Thank you

Paul Herber

There's the off-page reference shape in the flowchart shapes stencil, will that do the job?

Hi Paul, thank you for your reply!
I'd like to make it more clear again what I want :

1) I created an off page link and I would have a text referring also to the "off page"
    example :
I am on page /3  and I would like to show that e.g. a line
continnues on page /4 (and of course page /4 should reference
to page /3). So the text on page 3 could be : /4, on page 4 : /3
(or show also the pagename : /page1 ...., / refers to a "link").

In the meantime an other feature arouse :
2) is it possible to keep an off page link (which works fine in Visio!) after printing the
file to a *.pdf - file?
In other words, I would not like to link pages again after printing to a pdf-file.

Thanks

Peter

You just need to edit the text of the shape to inlude the link destination, this is best done with a field:L
Select the shape, ribbon Insert -> Field
and enter
=Pages[Page-1]!ThePage!PAGENAME()
in the custom formula. naturally you change Page-1 to your actual destination.

What works in a PDF file depends very much upon which PDF converer you are using. The Visio 2010 one seems to.
