Visio 2010 cannot hyperlink into different pages from external web page

After resaving my old web pages (VML) from Viso2003 into a Viso2010 (VML) complied htm, my links going into a different page within the htm no longer work. As an example:

http://mywebsite/mysubfolder/myvisiofile.htm?page=Page2

Now goes only to page 1. I can no longer link to seperate pages within a Viso published web page from another htm file as I used to do....any ideas for the change in the link command?
